How to Support Loved Ones

With 1 in 8 women being diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer (Stage IV), it's likely that someone you love may be affected. From my experience with #MBC, here are 3 tips to support your recently diagnosed loved one:

Be Present 🤝: Be there for both the laughter and the tears.

Lend a Hand 🏡: Help with chores and practical tasks while they focus on their new job of fighting cancer.

Just Ask 💬: Everyone is different. Gently ask how you can best support them on their journey.
